On October 30th Hub City Teens attended an event "Compton Creek Clean Up." We were 9 members from HCT and had total of 18 people to come help us out on this clean up. We was the largest group that attended the clean up. September 25, 2010 from 9am to 12pm
On Saturday, September 25th, from 9:00am until 12noon, volunteers from Compton will take action to rid our beaches and inland waterways of unsightly and harmful debris. Coastal Cleanup Day (CCD) is an international event with over 90 countries around the world participating, making it one of the largest volunteer efforts on the planet!
