The Compton Creek BikeFest at Gonzalez Park

 

 

On Saturday, May 14, 2011 HCT co-sponsored (with Rails to Trails) and participated at the Compton Creek BikeFest.  It was a nice cool cloudy day, it was a great day for a bike ride, working and repairing your bike and learning about bike safety.  Over a hundred youth, parents and adults participated in the BikeFest, there was plenty of food and lots of fun to be had in this cool but nice day!  Six bike were raffled, and grilled chicken, rice and beans were served for lunch.
